Common areas key card system is updated every Wednesday and Sunday evening.

Pool Season: The first weekend in May to the last weekend in September.

Monthly Board Meetings: The first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Unless said meeting falls on a national holiday or otherwise stated, then the meeting will be held on the following Monday.

The play area and bathroom hours 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.
