SADDLE CLUB SOUTH PLAY AREA RULES

These rules are meant to ensure that the play area is enjoyed in a safe, courteous and healthy environment and may be enforced by any adult present. Be advised, repeated violations can lead to keycards being disabled. These rules may also be found on the HOA website: saddleclubsouth.org

Hours 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.

  • Members must be current on their HOA dues, in good standing and have the Waiver for Play Area on file.
  • Keycards are assigned by resident. Do not lend out, or share your key, as homeowners will be held responsible for any and all damages, or losses incurred by those using the card.
  • Attendants are NOT provided. Play at your own risk!
  • Playground equipment is for children ages 2-12 only
  • Tennis courts are to be used ONLY for tennis or other racquet sports.
  • Tennis/basketball shoes ONLY on the basketball and tennis courts.
  • Basketball and Tennis lessons for monetary gain, are PROHIBITED.
  • Smoking and alcoholic beverages are PROHIBITED.
  • Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) at all times when inside the play area. No exceptions.
  • Limit 5 guests per family. Guests must be accompanied by members at all times.
  • Members must rent and use the clubhouse for parties that exceed the 5 guests limit.
  • Entry Gate is to remain closed and locked at all times to avoid accidents. Do not open for others calling to be let in. All HOA members have a key card for entry.
  • NO Glass inside play area.
  • NO rough horseplay in the play area
  • Plastic water bottles ONLY allowed in the play area. Dispose of properly.
  • Eating is PROHIBITED in the play area.
  • Video surveillance is used to monitor the premises 24/7.
  • Bathrooms are cleaned weekly, please help keep them clean.
  • Pets are PROHIBITED in the play area
  • Bikes, skateboards, motorized scooters are PROHIBITED in play area
  • Do not park bikes or scooters in front of entry gate as this may cause accidents.
  • Park vehicles in designated parking spots or on the street.
