These rules are meant to ensure that the pool area is enjoyed in a safe, courteous and healthy environment and may be enforced by any adult present. Be advised, repeated violations can lead to keycards being disabled.

Pool Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Adult Swim ONLY 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Tuesday & Saturday

• Members must be current on their HOA dues, in good standing, and a Waiver for Pool/Amenity Use on file.
• Pool keycards are assigned by resident and recorded when scanned. Do not lend out, or share your key, as homeowners will be held responsible for any and all damages, or losses incurred by those using the card.
• Lifeguards are NOT provided. Swim at your own risk!
• SWIM LESSONS for monetary gain, are PROHIBITED.
• Smoking and alcoholic beverages are PROHIBITED.
• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) at all times.
• Limit 5 guests per family. Guests must be accompanied by members at all times and members must rent the clubhouse for parties/groups that exceed this limit.
• Pool gate is to remain closed and locked at all times to avoid accidents.
• NO Diving
• NO Glass inside pool area.
• NO Running or rough horseplay in and around pools.
• Swim diapers required. Please do not dispose of used diapers in the deck or bathroom trash receptacles as these are not emptied daily.
• Young children’s flotation devices PERMITTED.
• Water balloons, large floats, rafts & inflatables PROHIBITED in pool/pool area.
• Pool furniture in pools PROHIBITED.
• Food & sugary drinks PROHBITED beyond posted signs.
• Drinks PROHIBITED in both pools.
• Moving picnic tables from upper deck PROHIBITED.
• Clean up spills and dropped food around picnic tables. Throw away all trash.
• If needed, chemical shocking will be done and a sign will be posted. DO NOT enter as the chemicals are dangerous to eyes and skin.
• Video surveillance is used to monitor the premises 24/7.
• Bathrooms are cleaned weekly, please help keep them clean.
• Pets PROHIBITED in pool area. Board must be contacted and approval for any Registered Service Animal given prior to entrance. This written approval must be on file.
• Bikes, skateboards, motorized scooters PROHIBITED in pool area. Do not park bikes in front of entry gates as this may cause accidents.
• Park vehicles in designated parking spots or on the street.
